What is the difference between acclimatization in children

Acclimatization in children is not very different from manifestations in adults. But they, as a rule, instead of insomnia, on the contrary, have severe drowsiness. The child may look very lethargic, tired and not show interest in food.

  • If the family has a small child, then the difference in hours should be no more than 3-4 hours;
